Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and innovative Social Media Manager to join our growing marketing team in Mason, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that elevate our brand, engage our customers, and foster a vibrant online community. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our brand messaging and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead comprehensive social media strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize reach and engagement.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
- Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Run social media campaigns and promotions to drive customer interest and conversion.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity, and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Manage budget allocations for various social media initiatives and report performance against goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a strong vision for brand storytelling.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is a plus.
